Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 24 July 2026

By accessing LoanDock, you agree to these terms. LoanDock is a digital facilitation platform and is not itself the lender. Salora Capital Limited is the lending partner responsible for credit assessment, approval, pricing and disbursal.

1. Acceptance

You must read these terms, the Privacy Policy, app disclosures, KFS and loan agreement before using the service or accepting a loan.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally competent to contract in India, provide accurate information and satisfy the lending partner's eligibility criteria. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

3. Nature of Service

LoanDock facilitates application submission, communications and support. The lending partner independently decides whether to approve a loan and determines the sanctioned amount, tenure, APR, fees, repayment schedule and other conditions.

4. User Responsibilities

Provide complete, current and accurate information.
Keep account credentials and OTPs confidential.
Use the service only for lawful purposes.
Review the KFS and loan agreement before acceptance.
Make repayments directly through authorised channels stated by the lender.

5. Loan Disclosures

Website examples are illustrative. The final KFS and loan agreement issued before acceptance control in case of any difference. Never pay an unauthorised agent or transfer money to a personal account.

6. Fees and Charges

Any applicable interest, APR, processing fee, GST, penal charge or other amount must be disclosed by the lender in the KFS and loan agreement. LoanDock does not authorise undisclosed upfront payments for guaranteed approval.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not submit false documents, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorised system access, misuse content, disrupt the service or use LoanDock for fraud or unlawful activity.

8. Intellectual Property

LoanDock branding, software, text and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal use is allowed; copying or commercial reuse requires permission.

9. Availability and Changes

Services may be updated, suspended or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or business reasons. Features and lending arrangements may change without guaranteeing continued availability.

10. Third-Party Services

Google Play, lender systems, banking channels and verification providers are third-party services governed by their own terms. LoanDock is not responsible for independent third-party outages or policies.

11. Disclaimer

No website statement is financial advice or a guarantee of approval. Borrow responsibly and consider repayment capacity. Approval is subject to lender assessment and applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LoanDock and PHOENIX MICROSYSTEMS are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, inaccurate user information, third-party systems or decisions made by the lending partner.

13. Suspension and Termination

Access may be restricted for suspected fraud, security concerns, legal requirements, misuse or breach of these terms. Existing loan obligations remain governed by the lender's documents.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having lawful jurisdiction over the relevant dispute will apply, subject to any mandatory consumer or regulatory forum.

16. Updates

Terms may be revised from time to time. Continued use after publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance, where permitted by law.
