This policy applies to the LoanDock website, mobile application, support channels and related services. It does not replace the privacy notice, Key Fact Statement, loan agreement or other disclosures issued by the lending partner.
2. Information We May Collect
- Identity and KYC information such as name, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar-related verification status and photograph/selfie.
- Contact information such as mobile number, email address and residential address.
- Financial and employment information such as bank details, income, occupation, employer and transaction-related information required for loan assessment.
- Device and technical information such as IP address, device type, operating system, app version, logs, diagnostics and security signals.
- Application information, support requests, consent records and communications.
3. How Information Is Collected
Information may be collected directly from you, from your device with permission, from authorised service providers, from regulated KYC or verification systems and from the lending partner where necessary to provide support.
4. Purposes of Processing
- To create and manage your LoanDock account.
- To facilitate KYC, eligibility checks and submission of your application to the lending partner.
- To provide customer support, grievance handling and important service communications.
- To detect fraud, protect accounts, maintain system security and comply with applicable law.
- To analyse service performance and improve the app, subject to applicable consent requirements.
5. Sharing of Information
Information may be shared with Salora Capital Limited, KYC and identity-verification providers, payment/banking infrastructure providers, cloud and technology service providers, analytics or communication vendors, professional advisers, regulators and law-enforcement authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information for unrelated advertising.
6. Lending Partner
Salora Capital Limited independently determines loan eligibility, credit assessment, approval, pricing, disbursal and repayment terms. Its official privacy practices and loan documentation may also apply. See the Lending Partner page.
7. Permissions
The app should request only permissions reasonably required for its disclosed functions. Depending on the app implementation, permissions may include camera for document/selfie capture, notifications for service updates and storage/media access for selecting documents. Permissions can generally be managed in your device settings.
8. Data Security
Reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect information. However, no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, to meet legal, regulatory, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements, or as required by the lending partner. Retention periods may vary by data type.
10. Your Choices and Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, account deletion, withdrawal of consent where processing is consent-based, or information about grievance handling. Some records may need to be retained for legal or regulatory reasons even after account deletion.
11. Account Deletion
Instructions are provided on the Delete Account page. A deletion request does not cancel an active loan or remove records that must legally be retained.
12. Children
LoanDock is intended for adults who are legally eligible to apply for financial products. The service is not intended for children.
13. Cookies and Website Technologies
The website may use essential cookies or similar technologies for security, functionality and basic analytics. Browser controls may allow you to limit cookies, although some functions may not work properly.
14. Third-Party Links
The website may link to Google Play, the lending partner, RBI Sachet or other third-party services. Their own privacy policies and terms apply.
15. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, technology or services. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
